BIG DAY

Landing page for a money-art studio with a configurator whose preview is rendered entirely in CSS and whose output is a ready brief for the manager.

Challenge

The studio makes handmade money art and tables — a product customers want to see before ordering. There is no public price list, so a conventional calculator was the wrong tool: there is nothing to total, yet the piece still has to be shown.

Solution

One page covering the anatomy of a piece layer by layer, six collections, and a filtered gallery with a lightbox. At its centre sits the configurator: format, currency, artefacts inside, brand, backing and lighting. The preview is not an image but a CSS render — frame, carbon, engraving, car key, licence plate and roughly 170 'notes' laid out pseudo-randomly from a fixed seed, so customer and manager see the same thing. Instead of a price, the configurator assembles a brief: the parameters become a message, copied to the clipboard as the manager's chat opens.

Outcome

A ~2,800-line page with 53 photographs of finished work, deployed as its own container on a shared server without touching neighbouring projects or their configs.
