Blisski Loyalty
Telegram bot and Mini App for a lounge: guest profile with smoking history, a mix builder, table booking on the floor plan, and an owner's panel on the same screens.
Challenge
The venue needed a working floor tool rather than a business-card bot: guests should keep their mixes and loyalty tier, book a table and call a hookah master, while the owner runs the menu, tables, bookings and broadcasts. All inside Telegram, with no separate app to install.
Solution
Bot and Mini App on one backend. Guests get a profile with their smoking history and favourite mixes, a mix builder, booking on the floor plan, a call button for the hookah master, a season pass and the venue's programme. The owner gets the same screens plus a control panel: bookings, tables, reviews, push broadcasts, menu. Booking is a floor plan rather than a form — a guest taps a table and picks a time inside the slot, and a lock settles the race between two simultaneous requests. Broadcasts run in the background at Telegram's flood limit, progress is written to the database in batches, and anyone who blocked the bot is flagged and dropped from later sends. The mix builder runs on a pairing graph the hookah master edits from the admin panel.
Outcome
Built in phases: profile and loyalty first, then bookings, menu, season passes and the programme. Around 6,300 lines of Python and 8,300 of TypeScript, 63 endpoints, 14 migrations. Deployed on the server alongside the bot and ready for the floor.
