Telegram Mini App for finance tracking in Google Sheets and WB/Ozon warehouse cost calculator.
Challenge
The fulfillment team runs “tovarka” and warehouse economics in Google Sheets, but mobile input is awkward. They need one Telegram interface with a cost calculator and whitelist access.
Solution
grammY bot with Mini App (Vanilla JS): “Tovarka → Economics”, “Warehouse → Economics”, and “Cost calculation” with pallets, boxes, and zip bags. Express API writes to Sheets via service account; calculator prices editable by admins in Redis.
Outcome
Operators log expenses and income from Telegram without opening spreadsheets. Calculator totals sections with optional discount; haptic feedback and toasts improve Mini App UX.
