Murla Client Bot
Fulfillment bot: client requests, roles (packer, driver, manager), and a full Mini App.
Challenge
After the Murla landing, clients submit pickup and processing requests — a bot with roles, request statuses, and notifications between process participants is required.
Solution
Telegram bot with role whitelist: client creates a request (type, quantity, WB/Ozon, warehouses), packer advances stages, driver confirms pickup, manager sees reports. Mini App on Vercel; PostgreSQL (Neon) in prod, SQLite locally.
Outcome
End-to-end workflow from draft to “Completed” with push notifications. Vercel webhook; dev/prod split via separate bot tokens.
