Challenge
At law firms and companies with heavy paper flow the archive is dead: finding a document takes hours, links between documents are lost, and scanning into a folder does not solve structure.
Solution
A turnkey solution: a specialist visits the client, scans documents by hand and passes them to a remote operator. Data is organized into one of 5–6 ready-made structuring models — or a custom one on request. The result is a website with a document hierarchy: section tree, search, filters and Wikipedia-style cross-linking.
Outcome
The product is at the commercial proposal stage: the process is polished, the system interface is shown as an illustrative mockup. The client gets not scans in a folder, but a living knowledge system.
